At Tribal Friend's NGO, we believe that sustainable livelihoods are the foundation of self-reliant and prosperous communities. Our Livelihood Development Programme focuses on empowering tribal and rural families by enhancing their skills, creating employment opportunities, and promoting income-generating activities that improve their quality of life.

We conduct skill development programmes, vocational training, entrepreneurship workshops, and self-employment initiatives to help individuals become financially independent. Special emphasis is given to women, youth, and marginalized communities by providing practical training in handicrafts, tailoring, agriculture, organic farming, vermicomposting, livestock management, and small business development.

Through partnerships with government agencies, financial institutions, and local communities, we facilitate access to livelihood resources, market linkages, financial literacy, and micro-enterprise development. Our goal is to create sustainable income opportunities that reduce poverty, strengthen rural economies, and encourage inclusive community development.
